Meet the Instructors / Staff

 Tina Tapia (President/Owner)

 

 Ms. Tina is the owner of Adorabella Beauty Academy, a woman owned / minority owned business. She is also a licensed practicing Nail Technologist and owns her own salon. She is an experienced instructor, with hands-on real-world experiences in both Cosmetology and Nail Technology. 

"This academy has been my dream come true! Without the help of countless people, like my landlord, I couldn't have done it. My goal is to help as many people achieve their dreams in Barbering, Cosmetology, Esthetics, and Nail Technology through the best education and training possible." 

 

 Naomi Coccimiglio

 Make-Up Artistry Instructor and Substitute Cosmetology Instructor.

She is a licensed cosmetologist instructor with well over 15 years experience and is extremely well-versed in the art of make-up. She comes to us from Brooklyn, New York where she trained and worked in the make-up industry.

" I am extremely passionate about make-up and Cosmetology. I want to promote excellence in the industry and teach my students a variety techniques that will help them succeed in the world of make-up and cosmetology."

 

Olivia Soriano

 

Substitute Cosmetology Instructor

She is  happily married, with three beautiful girls.  She has worked as a teachers aide, nursing assistant and office manager.  She graduated from Cosmetology school right here in Albuquerque in 2003.  She has worked in the Beauty Industry in Las Vegas, and here in Albuquerque before coming to Adorabella Beauty Academy as a Cosmetology Instructor. She has many years of experience in the hair business and her passion is to instruct her students and prepare them for an exciting career of beauty.  She enjoys spending time with family and friends, is very outgoing, and very passionate for teaching. 

 

Douglas Bolich

 

 Financial Aide Advisor / VP.

Doug comes to the Adorabella Beauty Academy after serving 21 years in the New Mexico State Police. During his career with the NMSP, Doug taught various academy classes and instructed in other advanced trainings. At his retirement from the State Police, Doug was the manager of the departmental fleet and a supervisor within the Special Operations Bureau.  He spent 11 years as a Sergeant, acquiring his knowledge and experience in budget issues as well as business management.  Doug believes that his management and leadership styles motivate the people he works with and creates an enthusiasm that encourages others to become the best they can be.  He is proud to now be a part of Adorabella Beauty Academy Team. He looks forward to working with both students and staff to make Adorabella Beauty Academy the best school in the state of New Mexico. 

 

Marcy Aragon

 

Front Desk Manager 

Ms. Marcy comes to us with many years of customer service experience. She is the first person of contact here at  Adorabella Beauty Academy. She was born and raised here in New Mexico and is very passionate for all she does. She is here to assist both staff and students. She enjoys cooking and spoils us with her homemade treats.
